Building a Comfortable, Livable Community Together.

How to Dispose of Waste

  • Please place your waste in front of your residence by 8:30 a.m. on the collection day. Only residents officially registered in the village are eligible to use the village’s collection service.
  • Waste from detached houses is collected in front of each residence. In some areas, such as dead-end streets, the collection may take place elsewhere.
  • Waste must be placed at the designated collection point within the premises for apartment buildings or housing complexes.
  • Items like Japanese futon mattresses, blue tarps, curtains, and golf practice nets are collected on non-burnable waste collection days only if they fit and are securely tied closed in the designated burnable waste bags. (Do not seal with tape.)
  • Spray cans, gas canisters, and similar items must be completely emptied and disposed of as hazardous waste. (Never dispose of them as burnable waste.)
  • Spray cans and cassette gas canisters with leftover contents can cause explosions at waste processing facilities.
